It is easier for mold to develop and grow in spaces that lack sufficient ventilation.<\/li>\n<li>Check the condition of your gutters and make sure your downspout sends water away from the home. Water that is able to accumulate near the home will begin to find its way into your crawlspace.<\/li>\n<li>Make it a point to have dryer vents situated to expel to the outside of the home and not into the crawlspace.
